Want more peace and presence? With the official Open and Quiet app, which is part of the meditation-based Open and Quiet program, you will receive friendly messages to aid in meditation. You get access to guided meditations, of varying duration, which is spoken by psychologists. In the short video you can see descriptions of Open and Quiet programs five themes: The Basic Method, Focus on Body, Focus on the psyche, Focus on Social Relationships and The Focus You Need. You can listen to guided meditations in all thematic areas, narrated by different psychologists. Also make personal notes to the meditations.

With Open and Quiet app you also get easy access to CFPS site where you as a student can download several course materials, see dates for teams, etc.

The app is free. If you are Open and Quiet student, you can get access to all functions. Alternatively, you will be asked if you want to buy all features (price is 39 kr.). You can also just use the free basic features of the app. Additionally, you can keep adding new guided medidationer via app
